Product description
Extending the range of compatible lenses, the ALTSON Adapter EF-EOS R is a lightweight, compact lens adapter designed for attaching any EF or EF-S-mount lens to the EOS R mirrorless digital camera. This simple adapter retains full autofocus and image stabilization capabilities and contains no optical components, thereby maintaining the original optical quality of the mounted lens. It is also dust- and water-resistant, making it suitable for use in harsh weather conditions.
Constructed from aluminum alloy, this adapter is durable while remaining lightweight, and an internal, matte black coating minimizes the appearance of reflections within the adapter barrel. To help reduce stress on the camera mount when placed on a tripod, the adapter includes a detachable tripod foot with 1/4"-20 threads.
Support EXIF Transmission
Date and time information. Camera settings. This includes static information such as the camera model and make, and information that varies with each image such as orientation (rotation), aperture, shutter speed, focal length, metering mode, and ISO speed information.
Support IS
This EF-EOS R adapter still remians the IS function to reduce blurring associated with the motion of a camera or other imaging device during exposure. Compensates for pan and tilt (angular movement, equivalent to yaw and pitch) of the imaging device
Support Auto Focus
Support Auto photo focus and video focus. For some incompatible camera and lens, one can try to use the adapter as the manual adapter. Continuous autofocus（AF-C） function is not available in video mode.
